Conditions

- Provide order number, product details, and clear photos
- Items must be unused and in original packaging when a return is requested
Non-eligible cases
- Change of mind after opening/using the product
- Damage caused after delivery by improper use or storage
- Orders with incomplete or incorrect address provided by the customer
